You’ll receive a secure payment authorization form along with your invoice—ensuring your payment information is handled with care. Once you’ve chosen the adventure that speaks to you, we’ll handle the booking details. Disney vacation packages currently require a $200 deposit. This is separate from the professional planning fee described below.
Your final payment is due 30 days before check-in, but you’re welcome to make payments along the way through our secure portal. We’ll keep you updated at every step, and if Disney releases a new promotion that applies to your reservation, we’ll automatically adjust your package to save you money—no calls required!

A Walt Disney World vacation can involve a surprising number of decisions, from choosing the right resort and ticket options to coordinating dining, Lightning Lanes, transportation, and the rhythm of each park day.
Your planning fee gives us the time to look beyond the basics and create a vacation around your family, your priorities, and the way you actually like to travel.
Once your fee is received, we’ll begin preparing your personalized recommendations and remain beside you throughout the planning process. Your Disney vacation package, tickets, resort, dining, and other travel expenses are paid separately.

You’ll receive confirmation of your booking, a list of important dates, and personalized guidance to ensure every detail is just right. We’ll also assist in setting up your My Disney Experience (MDE) account, linking your reservations, and preparing you for a trip filled with unforgettable moments.
- Personalized Disney Dining Recommendations – Some of the best Disney memories are made around the table. We'll help you decide if a Disney Dining Plan is the right choice, recommend restaurants that fit your family's style, secure those hard-to-get reservations, and continue watching for openings if your wish list isn't available right away.
- Lightning Lane Multi Pass Strategy & Booking – We'll help you build a personalized Lightning Lane strategy and secure your initial Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass selections when your booking window opens, helping you spend more time making memories and less time waiting in queues.
- Promotion Monitoring – If Disney releases a new offer after you've booked, we'll keep an eye on eligible promotions and automatically apply available savings whenever possible, so you never have to wonder if you're missing out.
- Enchanting Extras – Whether it's a fireworks dessert party, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, behind-the-scenes or VIP tour, we'll help you decide what's worth adding and assist with reservations.
- Time-Saving & Money-Saving Tips – From knowing when a park hopper is worth it to choosing the best transportation options, we'll share practical advice to help you make the most of both your vacation time and your budget.
- Memory Maker Magic – We'll share our favorite tips for capturing every magical moment, from iconic castle photos to those hidden PhotoPass locations many guests never discover.
- Payment & Planning Reminders – No need to keep track of Disney's deadlines. We'll send timely reminders for payments, booking windows, and important planning milestones so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Stress-Free Transportation Assistance – When flying into Orlando, we'll help you navigate the best transportation options for your vacation, whether that means using Disney transportation (available at select Deluxe Resorts) or arranging private transfers.
- A Custom-Crafted Disney Adventure Plan – Every family experiences Disney differently. We'll help you create a personalized plan that balances your must-do attractions, dining, resort time, and those magical moments you didn't even know to expect.
